Quadrille Publishing: Classic Voices in Food
This series takes out-of-print, rare cookbooks and makes them accessible to a wider audience. Designed to appeal to a new generation of young “foodies”, the books provide a wealth of information, much of which has become increasingly relevant again today — such as how to avoid food waste, different fish to try, and how to achieve nose-to-tail eating.
